Whether you have neck, mid or low-back pain, your pain can be debilitating. Even if it is not debilitating; pain to our spine can be really annoying and prevent us from doing the activities we love. These
activities can be sitting through a movie, going on a car-drive, walking, hiking, biking or running.
If that is the case, come in for treatment! We start easy, usually relaxing the muscles first and then gradually increasing your exercises as you can tolerate.
